Quiet Edit provides premium, hands-on organization and executive-level transition coordination. We offer three core levels of support:
Closet Concierge: We handle the deeply personal work of editing and simplifying your wardrobe so your space feels intentional, functional, and aligned with you.
Home Edits: We diminish the physical burden of accumulated items. Whether you are refreshing your space or preparing for a move, we strategically reduce excess belongings so you don't pay to move or store unnecessary weight.
Transition Concierge: For larger life events—like downsizing, moving, or transitioning a loved one into senior living—we step in as your single point of contact. We hold the operational weight of the transition so you can focus on your family or your next chapter.

Transitions are complex, but managing them is our professional foundation. Our founder brings 20 years of international supply chain management and logistics experience, alongside 9 personal relocations across multiple countries. We apply this corporate-level precision to your home. We act as the single point of contact to expertly sequence your project, provide regular updates to stakeholders, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
-
Because every home and transition is deeply unique, we do not use a one-size-fits-all pricing sheet. Instead, we provide a custom quote after our complimentary "Define it" consultation.
Our project-based pricing reflects a high-touch, luxury experience that covers direct hands-on labor, executive-level project management, and comprehensive vendor oversight. General investment ranges are:
Space Simplification: $350 +
Home Preparation $750+
Transition & Downsizing $1,200 +
A note on senior placement transitions: Unlike standard senior living placement agencies that are compensated directly by living communities, Quiet Edit receives no external compensation. Our fees directly fund the highly specialized, intensive labor required to physically downsize a home, gently sort sentimental items, and manage all third-party vendors on your behalf.
-
Transitions are often emotional and logistically complex, so our communication is anchored in "calm authority" and discretion. When we step in as your single point of contact, we eliminate the noise of managing multiple vendors. We prioritize providing regular, proactive updates to all approved stakeholders—whether that is a real estate agent, a senior placement professional, or adult children assisting their parents. Our goal is to ensure you always know exactly where the project stands without feeling overwhelmed. Above all, we operate with a strict, privacy-first approach: we handle your transition without judgment and never use testimonials or "before and after" pictures
-
As your single point of contact for everything behind the scenes—from movers to cleaners and junk haulers—Quiet Edit handles the operational heavy lifting so you don't have to. During our "Capture it" phase, we provide the service of calling trusted local vendors, capturing their pricing, and presenting you with a clear, simplified summary of your options.
Once you choose the options that work best for you, you will pay the third-party vendors directly. Quiet Edit’s custom quote solely covers our hands-on editing, executive-level project management, and comprehensive vendor oversight. This process ensures complete transparency, meaning you always have financial control and never pay hidden markups on third-party services.

Quiet Edit begins where the work is most personal: the closet. During a Closet Edit or a broader Home Edit, we handle every part of the process with you—editing, simplifying, and creating a space that feels intentional and aligned with you. When you decide to let go of unneeded items, we remove that physical weight from your home by handling the donations entirely on your behalf.
We proudly partner with curated local and national organizations to ensure your gently used items find a meaningful second life. Our trusted donation network includes With Love, Project Lemonade, Goodwill, Just Porch It, and the Vietnam Veterans of America (VVA).
However, this is your home and your transition. If you have a specific charity, shelter, or community organization that is close to your heart, we are more than happy to coordinate directly with them. We are completely open to using your preferred donation partners to ensure your items go exactly where you want them to.
